Who we are

This site is run by La Clé par Dr Hadi Inc. (Clinique La Clé), 204 R. Notre-Dame O., Suite 202, Montréal, Québec H2Y 1T3.

What you give us

When you fill in a form, ask for an appointment or use the chat, we receive what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email and message. We use it to reply to you and set up your appointment.

Forms and chat run on GoHighLevel. Online booking can open Jane App.

Replies by chat, text or other messaging may come from an automated assistant.

When you send a form, some of your details can also be sent to Meta to measure our ads. If you buy from our online store, Shopify handles your order and payment.

Clinic staff and the service providers who help run our site, communications and advertising, including our marketing agency, can see this information. We keep it for as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires. If you become a patient, your medical file is kept under the rules that apply to Québec physicians.

Tools that run on this site

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics count visits and show which pages are used.
• Meta Pixel measures our Meta ads.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure traffic and how fast the site loads.
• GoHighLevel runs the chat and a tracking script on every page, which records page views and how forms are used.
• Microsoft Clarity records visits, only if you accept.

All of these except Microsoft Clarity run when you open the site and do not wait for a choice. Accept and Reject in our cookie banner only decide whether Microsoft Clarity records your visit. Rejecting does not stop the other tools.

Microsoft Clarity

If you accept, Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site, including clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit. Text you type in forms stays hidden. We can see recordings for up to 30 days.

Third parties such as Microsoft may collect personal data from people who visit this site, using cookies and similar tools. Microsoft collects or receives this data to provide Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, and may use it as its privacy statement describes.

Your choices

You can change your Accept or Reject choice at any time, which only affects Microsoft Clarity recordings. To limit the other tools, block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• You can ask for your information in a structured, commonly used format, or have it sent to someone authorized to receive it.
